Regional Finance Manager

Due to rapid regional expansion and increasing business demands, we are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations across these markets.

The Regional Finance Manager will lead and manage all financial functions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial planning to support our continued growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong cross-border finance experience and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

. Oversee the full spectrum of financial management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Taiwan operations.

. Oversee intercompany accounting, FX translation, and grouplevel adjustments across APAC regional entities

. Support new market entry through financial/regulatory research and setup planning.

. Prepare, analyze, and present regional financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards in each country.

. Lead financial planning, risk management, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.

. Coordinate and support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

. Collaborate closely with local finance teams to optimize financial processes.

. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices across the region.

. Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

. Manage and mentor finance staff within the region to build a cohesive and high-performing team.

. Manage all tax-related matters, including GST/VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax filings.

. Ensure all statutory filings are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA is required.
. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-country finance role.
. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance in SG, MY, TH, HK, VN and TW.
. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
