Job Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of regional financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP, Japan GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
Enhance liquidity management, centralize cash positions, and oversee intercompany funding in line with tax and transfer pricing regulations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, coordinate external audits, and implement audit recommendations effectively.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
Strengthen internal controls, streamline finance operations and reporting workflows, and lead the Finance Team to maintain high performance standards.
Job Requirement
CPA qualification required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in preparing and consolidating multi-entity regional and group financial reports.
Proven experience in managing relationships with international banks and utilizing treasury platforms.
Demonstrated leadership capability to independently oversee finance operations.
Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and professionalism, with keen attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
Other Information
- Salary: S$8,500-9,500/monthly (depends on experience)_
