Regional Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Direct the organisation's financial resources to ensure both short-term and long-term financial stability.
• Drive financial planning, risk management, and capital structure decisions to support growth initiatives.
• Evaluate major business activities including acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, and divestitures to ensure financial viability.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, analysts, and financial institutions to support business operations.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and regulatory filings.
• Enhance internal controls and financial systems to improve efficiency and reliability.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and develop regional finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Lead process improvements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
