- Implement and manage regional health and safety policies, procedures, and training.
- Carry out risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits support audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and internal guidelines.
- Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, and follow up with corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and critical building systems.
- Work with contractors and service providers on repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
- Track energy usage and support sustainability initiatives.
- Deliver safety and emergency response training for staff and contractors.
- Prepare regular HSE and facility performance reports and maintain compliance records.
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills for all regional locations.
