Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage EHS policies and programs to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee environmental compliance, including permits, reporting, and management of hazardous materials, waste, air, and water standards.
- Drive workplace safety and industrial hygiene initiatives, including hazard identification, exposure monitoring, and incident prevention.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to foster a strong culture of continuous safety improvement
- Design and deliver EHS training programs while building workforce engagement, accountability, and capability within teams.
- Lead emergency preparedness, risk management, and audit readiness, ensuring effective coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Support regional EHS strategy across Asia-Pacific by aligning site practices, addressing local regulatory needs, and contributing to sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of EHS experience
- Regional experience will be a plus
- Chemical Manufacturing experience
