The ideal candidate has

  • In-depth grasp of the SEA eCommerce landscape
  • Experience with setting up, and successfully growing, eCommerce channels & a B2C business
  • An entrepreneurial, efficient and resourceful mindset
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical approach
  • Good foresight / long-term thinking
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Key Tasks

  • Management and Oversight of eCommerce Channels: You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence on different eCommerce platforms, including marketplaces and online shops
  • Implementation of a unified brand strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency of our brand presence across all digital channels
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor the performance of our digital channels and campaigns, utilizing relevant KPIs. Provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Continuous Brand Development in eCommerce: Identify and initiate ideas to enhance our brand's presence in the eCommerce space, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Be the omnichannel expert - Building and optimizing the .com business

Experience

  • 5 years experience in managing eCommerce key accounts and online shops in SEA
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices
  • Have hands-on experience and understanding of managing large data sets
  • Be confident in suggesting and implementing improvements to eCommerce websites
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
