In APAC region, Sisley covers more than 10 countries with a fast-expanding digital and ecommerce footprint to serve the needs of our high-end cliental. The right candidate will join a highly-motivated and experienced regional team that oversees all ecommerce operations in the entire APAC region.

This opportunity will offer the candidate international exposure to the fast-paced world of ecommerce marketing and online channel operations with a regional strategic perspective and seeks to develop the candidate's expertise in a variety of ecommerce skillsets in areas of web mastering, brand site management, e-retailer management, product launch & animation planning, online campaign execution and customer experience optimization.

You will receive on-job training and skill development to meet the roles & responsibilities, after which you will work directly with country teams across the APAC region to carryout the regional ecommerce merchandising planning and coordination. You can also expect to lead/take part in a variety of innovation projects and pilot projects as part of your growing exposure and specialization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. Build regional digital & ecommerce campaign guidelines for new launches with our global repository of content assets to better educate our online customers, build link sales opportunities and ensure a premium online customer experience.

. Maintain the functional aspects of our brand sites and ecommerce sites in APAC to optimize and enrich the total brand presentation. This includes:

o Managing content integration, page design and copywriting inside our brand site backend system.

o Publishing brand content and marketing pages (magazine articles, landing pages, brand pages, highlight banners).

o Launch new and exciting product launch campaigns to drive interest and online purchases.

o Coordinate and liaise the rollout of online sales campaigns by creating enticing promotion rules and campaign banners.

. Create and implement digital activities such as dedicated campaign pages, EDMs, sign-up forms and online-to-offline events to drive consideration and purchase.

. Lead ecommerce projects, such as designing online brand store experience for e-retailers and pure players throughout APAC region.

. Analyse digital campaigns & ecommerce performance and buildreports for sharing key learnings & insights around the region.

. Collaborate and align closely with ecommerce, digital and graphic design teams in both local subsidiaries and the Headquarters to deliver the right content at the right time.

JOB EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONSNEEDED:

. 0-4 years of working experience in ecommerce, digital media or digital marketing.

. Cosmetic products and beauty industry experience (preferred)

. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, or similar ecommerce platforms (preferred)

. Hands-on experience with web layout and page builder tools (preferred)

. Basic coding understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred)

. This is a position to support the e-commerce sites of our Asia Pacific region. The China market is our largest market segment in the Asia Pacific region therefore, the person should preferably be fluent in Chinese language speaking and reading.
