WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Regional Director, Product Development, APAC will act as the regional product champion for the company's internal platforms, with a strong focus on STAGE. This role partners closely with global product teams, delivery teams, and client-facing stakeholders to drive product development, rollout, adoption, and utilization across APAC markets.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that blends product development, platform ownership, client engagement, and business growth, ensuring technology investments align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY:
Tool & Platform Development and Champion
- Act as Product Champion in APAC and work closely with global team on developmentinitiatives
- Collaborate and manage delivery team throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timelyproject execution and roadmap
- Collaborate with delivery teams to identify source, and integrate data sets to enhanceproduct functionality and user experience
Tool & Platform Delivery, Adoption, and Utilization
- Oversee and own key projects, ensure alignment with the company's business goal and maximize return on investment
- Educate and drive the adoption and utilization of our internal platform, STAGE, ensure clients are effectively trained and engaged with the platform
- Identify opportunities in each accounts & clients for additional tools adoption within the platform
- Educate, influence, and ensure utilization and adoption of the platform internally ensure regular training and awareness of the platform
Client Communication & Project Leadership
- Participate in regional and sizeable pitches and other client conversations with deep business knowledge and industry expertise
- Guide internal discussions with strong leadership and solution-oriented direction
