Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for a Regional Director of Business Development. In this role, the candidate will spearhead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and create strategic business plans to drive market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and exploring market opportunities
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategically identifying growth area
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
• Proven experience in the tyre industry or related fields is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced regional role based in Singapore
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field MBA preferred
