Regional Digital Learning Leader to join our fantastic team.

About The Role
Our global purpose is to enable students to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. The aspiration for our schools to be the best at getting better through powerful collaboration, collective efficacy and ensuring our schools are positive environments where staff and students thrive.
We are looking for a Regional Digital Learning Leader who will lead the development and implementation of the Digital Learning Strategy across a group of schools, aligned to the wider Cognita Group Digital Learning Policy. This will enable continuous improvement in digital learning to enrich student outcomes.
The role works closely with the Regional Education IT Business Analyst and iSAMS Process Owner, who will act as the advisor.

- Expert knowledge of evidence-based effective practices in digital learning
- Ability to empower staff and develop capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Builds positive relationships with stakeholders
- Pushes boundaries to generate innovative practices
- Effective communicator, able to deliver engaging training in person and remotely
- Take concrete action steps and demonstrate impact via reporting and showcasing evidence
Desirable
- Active member of online communities of good practice
- Experience presenting at external education conferences and events
- Experience of teaching in a 1:1 environment.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in international education
Preferred:
- Further digital learning accreditations
- Google Certified Educator
- Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert
- Experience teaching with mobile devices
