Overview
- Lead the design and engineering for marine dredging, reclamation, and coastal projects across the region.
- Manage design teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver technically sound, cost-effective solutions that meet regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design development, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with maritime and environmental regulations.
- Lead hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural marine designs using modern tools
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to resolve design challenges.
- Manage and mentor design engineers and drafters.
- Present design concepts to clients and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
- Control design budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement in design processes.
- Drive sustainable and innovative design practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Marine, or Coastal Engineering.
- 5 years experience in marine/reclamation design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design principles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and design software familiar with BIM/GIS.
- Able to travel regionally for site visits and client meetings.
