Job Description & Requirements:

The Regional Deployment Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Operations Director in driving the Operations Project Portfolio, including New Categories, Leaf, WMS, Manufacturing Productivity savings, Complexity Reduction, new capability builds, and Strategic Projects across the regions.

This role engages with the commercial area to align savings targets and implementation plans Area by Area in the region, ensuring synchronization of Cost reduction, New Categories Expansion, Process optimization, reapplication of best practices and innovation activities.

. Strategic scope: Strategy Planning and Execution of both FMC,NC

. Direct reports: APMEA Quality Lead

. Productivity Savings: As per the yearly targets

. Countries/ Areas: 60 Markets, 5 Areas

. Categories: All Product categories

Key accountabilities

. Ensure actions items from key Regional Forums (RS&I, ROLT, RSOP, GS&I, GOLT,CIC, RLT, NC, Productivity savings etc.) are closed on time.

. Act as single point of contact for APMEA Operations leadership team in driving APMEA NC deployment strategy in collaboration with AREA Ops Directors and Commercial teams.

. Reviews and align the NC expansion plans with AREA Ops Directors, Global NC Team and SNO

. Works closely with Area Ops Directors on NC Deployment plans, proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to minimize the NCLs for APMEA Region

. Coordinates with Global NC team on subjects but not limited to Quality issues, Shelf-life extension, stock availability etc.

. Consolidates APMEA NC performance and proactively suggests corrective actions.

. Coordinate and consolidate key operations activities, dashboards & the LOS implementation in support with the Regional Operation Director.

. Represents the Regional Operations Director at key forums when ROD is unable to attend.

. Drive Complexity Reduction and Productivity savings in the region with Marketing Deployment, the RPC and DRBU Ops.

. Process support and Quality Assurance for the Cost Management groups within the region.

. Develop/maintain the Regional Projects portfolio map and implementation plan for cost savings, capability builds, and strategic projects with the commercial area.

. Represents the regions at the Global Productivity Committee, ensuring savings plan are built and delivered according to regional commitment and business needs.

Requirements

Experience, Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

. Minimum of 8-10 years experience.

. Seasoned professional with degree level education and senior management level experience of Operations in a global organization.

. Senior leadership experience in both manufacturing/ and supply chain functions, across different regions, ideally in highly regulated industries.

. Experience of developing and delivering operational strategy.

. Global Project Management skills.

. Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of stakeholder management at senior levels.

. Ability to think and operate strategically at a global level.

. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

. Good level of product knowledge

. Proven effective people leadership and engagement skills.

Education / Qualifications /Certifications Required

. Degree level qualification.
