JOB DESCRIPTION
The Delivery and Enablement Analyst supports the effective delivery of initiatives and client outcomes by providing high-quality analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The role enables informed decision-making, smooth execution, and consistent reporting, partnering closely with regional stakeholders and the global delivery team. Familiarity with data analytics and CRM platforms required.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery, Coordination & Enablement
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities, capturing actions, decisions, and outputs to ensure accountability and delivery momentum
- Support the coordination of delivery activities across region, ensuring initiatives progress in line with agreed plans, timelines, and objectives
Adoption, Embedding & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption and usage metrics, identifying gaps, challenges, or areas of inconsistent application
- Diagnose delivery or adoption challenges, escalating risks and working with stakeholders to help address issues and remove blockers
- Capture feedback from users and stakeholders to inform enhancements and continuous improvement activity
- Support the effective embedding and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across Sales teams
Analysis, Insight & Reporting
- Support the regional lead in the production of regular and ad-hoc analysis, reports, and insights for the Asia leadership team
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Contribution
- Act as a point of contact for routine stakeholder queries, providing timely and professional support for on the ground teams (sales, marketing, client service).
Areas of Focus
- Sales Model, Embedding & Execution: Support the implementation of the Sales Specialists model, sales discipline, KPIs, and regional-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs.
- Support & Partnership: Act as a partner to Client Group teams by utilising Salesforce and global reporting tools to respond to business queries, provide data-driven insights and triage CRM-related issues.

The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), Salesforce, and at least one data analytics tool (e.g. Excel, SQL or Python to provide accurate, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
