The Regional Cross-Border Projects team aims to empower cross-border sellers to sell better into key Shopee markets by owning and driving strategic cross-border specific projects; the team also collaborates with stakeholders across multiple functions to solve complex business problems which span across the e-commerce value chain.
Job Description
- Drive high-impact strategic projects that contribute to the growth of Cross Border business units across all Shopee markets in a KPI-driven approach, including but not restricted to Local Fulfilment, Assortment Planning, and International Growth
- Support day-to-day strategic planning of key initiatives and ensure adherence to standardised processes, policies, and timeliness across markets
- Support and own engagements and cadences with Shopee senior management for top-of-mind topics
- Support KPI reporting of key projects to Shopee senior management
- Identify and resolve complex issues which impact Shopee's short-term and long-term direction
- Contribute ideas to improve the business, leveraging stakeholder feedback and buyer and seller sentiments
Requirements
- Relevant experience, ideally in e-commerce or strategy consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable with data and basic reporting; ability to analyse information and present findings clearly
