Job Description
- Work across regional and local teams to manage end-to-end automated CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and effective audience targeting across multiple markets
- Strategically plan campaign budget, mechanism, and marketing messages based on goals and campaign performance
- Track and analyse campaign results and user behaviours to form insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Design and implement fundamental A/B tests to make data-driven decisions
- Prepare reports to present campaign results and initiatives to regional and local teams, and align on next steps with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Interest in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, embrace ambiguity, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Prior internship or project experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis is a plus
