Our client is an AI focused technology platform, operating across risk, privacy and regulation. They have offices in the US, Europe and Asia.

Focus

• Commercial Transactions: 60%
• IP & Regulation: 50%

Job Description

• You will be part of the lead team for APAC related transactions, as well as offering legal support on commercial work flow.
• You will negotiate various commercial agreements, these include vendors, software and partnerships.
• You will develop and implement key initiatives such as privacy, regulation and compliance.
• You will work closely with colleagues across Asia on cross-border commercial and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 PQE
• Background in technology related work essential, this includes SaaS and AI related matters
• Mixture of law firm and In-House preferred
• APAC exposure preferred
• Experience in Korea OR Japan - essential
