Role Overview
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end financial operations, statutory compliance, internal controls and financial reporting. The role operates within a complex, matrixed multinational environment and partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to support growth, profitability and operational excellence across customer‑facing, manufacturing & R&D activities.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen, systems proficiency, and hands‑on leadership, enabling high‑quality execution in a fast‑paced, capital‑intensive and compliance‑driven industry.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (ISCA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent)
- 15-20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology MNCs
- Deep expertise in:
Financial reporting and statutory compliance
SOX/ internal controls
Consolidation and regional accounting
Manufacturing or technology business models
- Strong experience operating in complex, matrix organizations with global stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting/ BI tools

- Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and technology business drivers. Commercial mindset with strong business partnering skills
- Proven leadership and people development capability
