Title: Regional Content Strategy (B2B2C Marketing)
Location: Singapore
About the Role:
Our Client is a global MNC in the medical device and pharmaceutical sector.
They are currently seeking a Regional Content Strategist to define, govern, and elevate our content approach across APAC markets to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and locally relevant content within a B2B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain content strategies and frameworks aligned with brand and business objectives
- Define content pillars, messaging hierarchies, and audience segments
- Establish channel‑specific content approaches across owned, earned, and paid platforms
- Translate business priorities into clear content directions and creative briefs
- Guide regional/local teams and external agencies on content planning, prioritization, and focus
- Advise on platform‑appropriate formats, storytelling approaches, and engagement tactics
- Define content success metrics in partnership with analytics teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in content strategy, brand strategy, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of editorial frameworks, audience‑first storytelling, and multi‑channel content
- Prior experience working in Beauty, Luxury, Wellness, Skincare, Lifestyle or FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous
- Deep experience across Asia Pacific (including China) and familiarity with local market's digital and social platforms
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a regulated or matrix organization
