Lead the creative direction, content styling, and creation of our digital production to produce best-in-class content for our websites, social media, marketing and brand building activities for escentials regional multi-brand retail stores and online channels.
Create, proofread, and edit digital marketing content regionally to ensure consistency in branding.
Understand our brand's approval process for adjusting creative assets to meet their needs while upholding the escentials brand standards.
Manage day-to-day bookings and prioritization for brands needing content campaigns to ensure we hit agreed deadlines.
Generate creative concepts that you can execute, in charge of styling in-house monthly (or ad hoc) campaign shoots to create a cohesive theme across omni-channel points of sale.
Co-ordination of shoot which includes managing product loans, sourcing of props (if needed), managing monthly shoot content, etc
Editing of content after assets have been created (typography, editing of IG reels/images etc).
Responsible for all digital content (EDM, social media, website banners etc), scheduling, and management of social media platforms.
Identify opportunities for process improvement workflows and proactively suggest changes.
Partner with key team members (product, marketing etc.) to ensure that content is delivered efficiently and on time.
Assist in the formulation of regional digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and e-commerce conversions.
Execute social media ads and SEM campaigns, tracking of ROI and setting benchmarks for improvements.
Analyse consumer behaviour, post campaign reports and CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for content /ad optimization to increase ROI
Ability to identify trends, be well versed in emerging technologies and suggest implementation of new ideas to improve ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with major/minor in graphic design, visual merchandising, communications, or related digital field (or demonstratable digital experience).
Proven ability in digital creative operations or project management. Must be able to demonstrate the photoshoot/ campaign styling, edit, and production of engaging and informative digital content.
Must have visual merchandising / styling experience and be able to evolve the style of our escentials brand marketing while keeping a coherent link with our cult and niche beauty roots.
Experienced in digital marketing within beauty or fashion industries preferred
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and while staying focused and meeting tight deadlines.
