Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement a compensation & benefits strategy which will ensure competitiveness toattract and retain talents.
  • Market Benchmarking of compensation & Benefits locally and regionally
  • Conduct market benchmarking with reputable benchmark data
  • Provide expert inputs and joint recommendations during benchmarking exercise
  • Review current compensation and benefits & recommend new plans and schemes
  • Align HR policies and processes to support the Compensation & Benefits strategy
  • Engage stakeholders to conduct reviews and experimentation of workflow automation and digitalisation for compensation and benefits review, benchmarking and implementation.
  • Plan and manage the annual resource allocation budget

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or degree in other discipline with post graduate HRM qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HRM with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role with compensation & benefits specialisation
  • Regional exposure will be advantage Singapore, China, Indonesia and Malaysia
  • Well versed in Singapore Employment Act, Singapore Trade Union Act and Workmen's Compensation Act
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Able to exercise flexibility through creativity yet maintains a fair approach in problem solving and execution of processes, policies etc.
  • Meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
  • Team Player and Service oriented
