Our client is a leading global organisation seeking a Regional Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility Specialist to join its HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to support regional rewards and international mobility programmes while partnering with stakeholders across a global business.
Role
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will support annual compensation and bonus cycles, benefits administration, global mobility operations, and HR reporting. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of regional rewards programmes, international assignments, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
You possess 3-5 years of relevant HR experience with hands-on exposure to both Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and HR systems, and experience working with regional stakeholders are essential. Candidates with experience supporting international assignments, vendor management, and HR process improvement will be viewed favourably.
