Job Description

Regional Commercial Director, SGMY is a key member of the Leadership Team in the market, reporting directly to the Country Manager in APAC. The primary purpose of the role is to enable the business to achieve annual turnover targets through the creation and execution of a long-term sales strategy. Responsible for the development of partnerships, both externally and internally, specifically the leadership of the SGMY commercial teams. Manage the commercial P&L for the markets and executes regional sales strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers on annual sales targets. (focus on top-line and Margin)

● Develops innovative growth focused strategies for Fossil Group's own brands and Portfolio Brands within the markets.

● Continues to develop and exploit sales opportunities across the market

● Give input to the Channel and Portfolio Management Strategy for the markets and execute accordingly

● Motivates, coaches and develops the teams to be best in class providing clear direction and ensuring a strong communication flow

● Ensures sales are delivered in line with FG Brand guidelines

● Effectively analyses sales performance with support of the Sales Analyst to provide insights, actions and transforms conclusions into commercial plans

● Recommends sales budgets and re-forecasts in conjunction with Country Manager in APAC

● Partners with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and product whilst meeting the needs of the local market

● Manages Selective Distribution Contracts to ensure that terms are being adhered to

● Continuously evaluates changing market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure Fossil brands remain relevant to the end consumer

● Develops and executes strategic account plans in the markets based on the guidelines

● Negotiates terms & conditions with key Accounts

● Provides Cross Functional Leadership on local level

● Delivers a radical customer experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Min 15 years of Profound Sales Experience operating at a senior level
  • Business fluent in speaking English is a must, additional languages preferred
  • Tangible examples of driving sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven Leadership of teams on multiple levels
  • Omni-channel sales experience
  • Strong networking and communication Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with working within a complex matrix organization
  • Can demonstrate experience of developing diverse relationships at all levels
  • Experience of effectively managing multiple projects
  • Varied industry experience
  • Well organized individual who can manage a busy workload whilst meeting deadlines
