The Opportunity
Lead a regional service delivery team, managing cloud and network services across multiple APAC markets including offices, warehouses, and factories, while overseeing GNOC and GIOC vendors to ensure seamless operations and support. Key responsibilities include:
Cloud Infrastructure & Governance:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, identity) with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency. Implement governance policies and automation tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Network Architecture & Operations:
- Oversee enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN. Ensure availability, performance, and security of network services across multiple sites.
Security & Compliance:
- Enforce cloud and network security best practices. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and respond to incidents.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure proactive issue detection. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of infrastructure and network problems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the regional point of contact for cloud and network services. Collaborate with global IT, vendors, and business units to align IT delivery with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage server/network resource planning, change management, and compliance. Drive continuous cost optimization and service improvement.
Project & Vendor Management:
- Lead regional IT projects, manage RFPs, vendor contracts, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with Procurement and Legal on vendor engagements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of engineers, fostering development and collaboration across IT, security, and business functions. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement service enhancements, automation, and self-service capabilities. Lead change requests and adoption strategies.
Ad hoc Duties:

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a regional or global role.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud and Network Management (Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Forti, Windows Server OS, Linux, Aryaka)
- Conceptual knowledge of Infrastructure (Cloud, Server, and Network)
- Experience managing services in diverse environments: corporate offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants and retail stores.
- ITIL certification and/or PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region as needed.
