  • Train and mentor sales, clinical, and new hires on product applications, surgical workflows, and best practices, including on-site and in-theatre support where required.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and business unit leaders to develop training content, clinical materials, and regional education programmes.
  • Represent the clinical function at regional trade shows, medical conferences, and customer engagement events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 46 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to OT surgical environments and minimally invasive medical devices
  • Prior experience leading teams or mentoring clinical professionals across markets is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales growth, key accounts, or product launches
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel and working across multiple countries
  • Proven ability to drive results in fast-growing, dynamic environments
  • Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and excellent stakeholder management skills
