Our client, a leading multinational organisation within the insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Claims Adjuster to join its regional team based in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims professional to manage complex claims, work closely with clients across the region, and contribute to delivering high-quality claims services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end claims handling process, including investigation, assessment, negotiation and settlement.
- Review policy coverage and evaluate claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates and professional claims support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Prepare accurate claims documentation, reports and recommendations.
- Identify practical solutions to support timely and equitable claim outcomes.
- Travel within the region as required to support claim-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Candidates with other relevant academic backgrounds and strong commercial property claims experience are also encouraged to apply.
- At least 8 years of experience handling commercial property, engineering or business interruption claims.
- Experience within the insurance, loss adjusting or related industry is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of commercial property insurance policies and claims management processes.
- Excellent analytical, investigation and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage where relevant to business needs but is not a requirement for the role.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia region when required.
