The function Heidelberg Finance Transformation is responsible for the worldwide efficient handling of finance and controlling business processes from the ERP environment (SAP ECC 6.0) to group reporting (record-to-report).
The position to be filled includes regional process responsibility as well as the business integration of the global Heidelberg process standard (Accounting & Controlling) for the Heidelberg companies in Asia Pacific region.
Your Tasks
- As Regional Business Process Manager, you will be part of Heidelberg&aposs global transformation initiatives and, based on your expertise, design best-in-class processes for Heidelberg
- You will carry out analysis, harmonization and optimization activities of finance-relevant business processes in close coordination with the regional (European) Heidelberg companies.
- Together with the regional (Asia Pacific) companies, you will identify change requirements and support the companies in the implementation of global and local projects with an impact on financially relevant value flows.
- As part of the global Financial Business Process Management team, you will develop and implement international standards for business processes and master data together with the Global Process Owner(s), different requirement areas and the IT team. Your focus is on end-to-end value chains with a special focus on integration into internal and external accounting, taking into account local requirements.
- You will accompany international rollouts of the Heidelberg SAP standard and also support the individual companies after the implementation of new processes and systems with a special focus on stability, quality and compliance of processes as well as the integration of value flows into Group reporting.
