Job Description & Requirements
The role is responsible for driving direct sales of the product range across assigned APAC territories, developing market share, and ensuring sustainable profitability in line with regional strategy.
The BM manages pricing and commercial negotiations based on supply and demand dynamics, market conditions, and stock availability. The role maintains direct relationships with key customers, including distributors, and collaborates closely with Area Sales Managers, APAC regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for vitamins Business in the APAC region and achieve annual Budget, Target, and Forecast objectives.
- Manage direct sales to key accounts and distributors work closely with Sales Managers to execute commercial plans.
- Develop monthly sales forecasts analyze sales performance and margins by account implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Lead commercial pricing and negotiations in line with market dynamics and business objectives.
- Build and monitor annual sales budgets in collaboration with regional and functional stakeholders track KPIs, identify risks, and close performance gaps.
- Monitor market trends, competition, supply, demand, and pricing through internal and external sources provide real-time market intelligence via Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Support regional marketing and technical initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, product differentiation, and customer communication.
- Ensure effective use of digital tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, OneNote) for reporting, forecasting, and information sharing.
