Salary: $3,000 to $6,000 + Commission Incentive
Location: Woodlands Close, near Admiralty MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new overseas distributors and business partners.
- Manage and develop existing export wholesale accounts.
- Drive sales growth and expand market share across assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and territory targets.
- Monitor competitors, market demand, supply conditions, costs, and pricing trends.
- Train, guide, and support distributors or national sales partners.
- Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for assigned markets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fasteners, engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Willing to travel overseas frequently based on business needs.
- Familiar with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or D365.
