Job Description
- Shape and implement strategic commercial plans designed to drive sustainable growth across designated regional markets
- Lead initiatives to broaden the organisation's presence in selected Asia territories, ensuring strong execution and market penetration
- Cultivate productive relationships with distribution partners, industry experts, and influential stakeholders to strengthen market engagement
- Gather market intelligence and analyse competitor movements to uncover new avenues for business expansion
- Champion revenue growth and support the development of key product categories within priority segments
- Coordinate commercial programmes, marketing efforts, and training activities that support greater customer uptake and product utilisation
- Work closely with crossfunctional regional teams to ensure seamless alignment and consistent delivery across markets
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in business development, commercial strategy, or regional sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Proven ability to build market presence through distributor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess market gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries with cross-cultural communication skills.
- Motivated by growth, problemsolving, and influencing key decision-makers.
