With establishedpartnerships across Asia and a growing regional presence, the company isexpanding its business development team to strengthen its internationaloperations and client network.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven RegionalBusiness Development Manager to join our Singapore office.

Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a keyrole in expanding the company's market presence across Southeast Asia andChina, developing B2B partnerships, and managing key accounts within theautomotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement business growth strategies acrossregional automotive markets

. Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including dealers,distributors, and corporate buyers

. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing overseasand local partners and clients

. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities forvehicle supply, automotive parts, and regional sales expansion

. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize vehiclesourcing, pricing, and logistics coordination

. Represent the company in overseas subsidiaries and attrade events and industry exhibitions when required

Requirements

. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldpreferred

. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development,preferably within the automotive or related industry

. Experience working with Chinese markets is highlyadvantageous

. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English andMandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners)

. Willing and able to work or reside overseas (e.g., China)for extended project assignments

. Proven track record in developing regional partnerships,especially with suppliers and clients in Southeast Asia and China

. Independent, proactive, and capable of working in afast-paced environment

. Good understanding of Southeast Asian and China markets

. Job Type: Full-Time

. Work Location: Singapore

. Salary: SGD 6000 - 8000 SGD per month

. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
