Role Summary
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Regional Business Development Executive/Manager to support business growth across Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia.
This role will focus on managing and expanding our distributor network in regional markets, while also driving project and specification development through engagement with architects, interior designers, developers, and key industry partners.
The ideal candidate should have experience in distributor/channel management, with exposure to project sales or specification development within the sanitary ware, bathroom, kitchen, building materials, or premium interior products industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to regional market expansion and strengthen our brand presence in both commercial and high-end residential segments.
Responsibilities:
1. Regional Distributor Management
Manage and develop distributors across assigned regional markets.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking with distributors.
Support distributors in project development and dealer expansion.
Coordinate pricing, quotations, product training, and launches.
Monitor distributor inventory, forecasts, and sales pipeline.
Identify new market opportunities and channel expansion strategies.
Travel regularly to regional markets for relationship development and business support.
2. Project & Specification Development
Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants.
Conduct product presentations and specification meetings.
Promote the company's premium and smart bathroom solutions for commercial and residential projects.
Follow up on project opportunities from specification stage to conversion.
Coordinate samples, mock-ups, technical support, and project requirements.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry activities.
Requirements:
Preferably with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and export documentation.
Analytical, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Willing to travel overseas as required.
Language proficiency in English and other regional languages (where relevant) is an advantage.
