Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer relationships across Asia & Middle East markets
- Support trading activities for spot and contract business
- Identify new business opportunities within Agro sectors
- Build healthy sales pipelines and perform weekly updates on the progress.
- Build relationships with customers within.
- Responsible for commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions
- Coordinate closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery execution
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or business development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech/Fertilizer.
- Proven track record in fertilizer and agrochemical product management and business development. Experience with Specialty Fertilizers or Biostimulants is highly preferred.
- Regional Asia market exposure is required
- Regional Traveling required. 50% (travel to Middle East/ Egypt/ Bangladesh/ Taiwan / Latin America etc)
