About the Role

As the Regional Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications Specialist, you'll take ownership of a business-critical Microsoft Dynamics ERP landscape supporting multiple APAC markets.

You'll ensure the stability and performance of enterprise applications while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the user experience and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with regional business stakeholders, you'll contribute to application enhancements, ERP optimisation and regional initiatives that directly support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and optimise the regional Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform across APAC.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Investigate complex application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Drive ERP enhancements, automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop SQL-based reporting and business insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure the stability of business-critical applications.
• Support regional enhancement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise with a passion for improving business processes.

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• ERP Application Support or Application Management Services (AMS) experience.
• Functional knowledge across Finance, Procurement, Trade & Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on SQL experience for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business users within a regional or multinational environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities beyond day-to-day support.
