Drive portfolio-level analytics to support risk-adjusted growth and profitability across consumer credit products, with a strong focus on end-to-end product and portfolio economics.
Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets—building dashboards, tracking key metrics, and evaluating the impact of product features and business initiatives.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (risk, product, tech, operations, marketing) to translate data insights into actionable product improvements and scalable data-driven strategies.
Analyze customer lifecycle, funnels, and engagement initiatives to identify drop-offs, optimize user journeys, and quantify impact on portfolio performance across different risk segments.
Conduct data-driven market and competitor benchmarking to surface trends and inform product roadmap and positioning.
Identify and quantify key operational and collections levers, using data to optimize recovery strategies and improve overall portfolio performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or in relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business analytics, strategy, credit/risk management, consumer lending, FP&A roles.
Proficient in SQL (mandatory) for querying and analyzing business data.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional varying working hours when collaborating with regional stakeholders.
