Regional Brand / Product Development – (FMCG) – SINGAPORE

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional brand strategy and portfolio growth across multiple Asian markets, identifying opportunities to strengthen positioning and expand the brand footprint.
- Drive end-to-end NPD across the region, from consumer insights and ideation through product development, launch and post-launch feedback and optimisation.
- Develop and adapt regional brand campaigns and activations to drive brand equity and support new product launches across markets.
- Drive commercial performance across markets, including sales, market share, margins and marketing investment.
- Identify regional consumer, category and market whitespace to shape the innovation and growth pipeline.
- Partner with country and cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, R&D, supply chain and other functions to ensure effective regional execution.
Ideal Profile:
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience in FMCG / Consumer / Food products, with strong brand management and commercial experience.
- Proven track record in regional brand strategy, portfolio management and integrated marketing.
- Strong hands-on NPD experience, covering the full journey from ideation to commercial launch.
- Experience working across multiple Asian markets is preferred.
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
