As our Regional Key Account Manager for the Beauty/FMCG Cluster, you will be the primary architect of growth for our most prestigious global beauty/FMCG brands across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a high-stakes hybrid of strategic consulting, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder orchestration. You will navigate the complex internal-external web, translating massive datasets into boardroom-ready strategies that drive GMV, innovation, and long-term brand loyalty.

Job Description
- Strategic Portfolio Growth: Own the regional growth OKRs for a high-priority Beauty/FMCG portfolio. You won't just hit targets; you will define the roadmap for how these brands win on Shopee through GMV growth and innovation.
- Insight-Driven Data Storytelling: Synthesise large volumes of raw market data into streamlined, simple-to-understand narratives. You will apply framework-guided thinking to interpret data and move fast—turning complex numbers into actionable growth insights.
- High-Level Diplomacy & Stakeholder Management: Act as the point-of-contact between the brands global decision-makers and Shopee's local commercial teams. Navigate complex layers of decision-makers with resourcefulness and commercial acumen.
- Innovation & Strategic Partnerships: Drive long-term strategic conversations at a senior management level. You are responsible for retaining accounts while maintaining a sharp eye for expansion and pilot initiatives.
- Commercial Excellence: Lead regional negotiations and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that balance Shopee's commercial interests with the brands long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Experience: Min 1 year in high-stakes, regional commercial or strategic roles (e.g. Regional Account Management or Brand Consulting) in high-growth environments. Backgrounds in Management Consulting or Media Agencies (handling Beauty/FMCG) are welcome.
- Analytical Maturity: Meticulous and detail-oriented. Ability to work with large data volumes and streamline them quickly. Proficiency in leveraging AI for data analytics is a significant advantage.
- Strategic Navigation: Proven ability to influence without authority. You must be skilled in navigating partnership dynamics and driving high-level executive conversations.
