Identify growth opportunities and pilot regional marketing programs and key projects to drive payment volume growth for Monee, including ShopeePay and SPayLater
Plan and lead regional 360 campaigns to maximize impact across awareness and adoption metrics, coordinating endtoend from brief to launch, optimization, and postmortem
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for regional brand partners, codevelop joint marketing plans, manage deliverables and approvals, and drive key brand outcomes
Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting on campaign and brand performance, translate insights into actionable recommendations to accelerate growth
Collaborate with cross-functional local and regional teams including Product, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure on-time delivery and on-brand execution across markets
Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record leading end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and managing external partners in a regional capacity
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data deep-dives and performance reporting
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Self-starter and strong individual contributor, able to ideate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Industry experience in Payments, FinTech, or ecommerce is a plus
