Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hunt, attract, and win new clients, specifically within the FMCG, High-Tech, and Retail sectors.

• Drive contract logistics business development on a regional scale.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers to secure business and conduct regular reviews to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Perform competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify opportunities.

• Meet personal sales targets and team KPIs strategize corrective actions if targets are missed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Logistics or equivalent.

• 3 years of Regional Business Development experience in the Logistics field.

• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to close deals.
