Job Description
- Drive sales and business development initiatives across the region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Media & Agency industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion activities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role within the Media & Agency industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
