Corporate Marketing
. Support regional marketing campaigns across connectivity, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, voice, and digital solutions
. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and go-to-market activities
. Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, EDMs, case studies, and website content
. Support brand consistency across all regional entities and channels
. Coordinate customer engagement activities including webinars, events, and partner campaigns
. Manage vendor marketing coordination and Market Development Fund (MDF) activities
. Support public relations, customer references, and corporate communications initiatives Digital & eCommerce Marketing
. Support growth initiatives for eCommerce and digital sales channels
. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
o Google Ads
o Meta/Facebook
o LinkedIn
o Email marketing
o Marketplace platforms (e.g. Shopee)
. Assist in website campaign management, SEO/SEM, and landing page optimization
. Support online sales campaigns for digital and subscription-based services
. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and ROI
. Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Regional Coordination
. Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams across Southeast Asia
. Ensure consistency in campaign messaging and execution across countries
. Support localization of campaigns and marketing activities where required CRM & Marketing Automation
. Support CRM-driven marketing initiatives and customer lifecycle campaigns
. Assist in lead nurturing, retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns
. Support implementation of marketing automation workflows
. Prepare campaign reports, analytics, and management updates
Education
.Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines
Experience
.Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
.Experience in B2B technology, telecom, cloud, IT services, SaaS, or eCommerce industries preferred
.Experience in both corporate and digital marketing is an advantage
.Exposure to regional marketing campaigns will be beneficial
Skills & Competencies
.Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management
.Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
.Good analytical and reporting skills
.Strong communication and coordination abilities
.Able to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
.Creative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
