Job Description

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Onitsuka Tiger embarked on a new chapter on 1 October 2018, operating quasi-independently within the same legal framework as ASICS Corporation. This strategic shift was in response to the unique operational needs of the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Our goal is to elevate Onitsuka Tiger to the pinnacle of premium lifestyle brands on a global scale. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated Regional Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support our e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia.

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Regional Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across our markets. Reporting into the regional Omni-Channel team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, audience engagement, and conversion through integrated digital, social, and email marketing strategies aligned with global brand direction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

  • Assist with the development of digital content for social, email marketing, or online channels.
  • Manage external Digital Marketing Vendor to ensure alignment with paid media/social campaign placements are being optimized with target user/segment, content, and season/marketplace to grow the brand according to global direction.
  • Assist with finance department with regards to budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage a strategic social media content calendar aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Support local markets by recommending content alternatives based on product availability and market relevance.
  • Leverage social media management platforms (e.g. Dash) to schedule, publish, and monitor content performance.
  • Track emerging social trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.

Email Marketing

  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns that strengthen subscriber engagement and drive conversion.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing across email variations to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
  • Maintain and segment subscriber databases to deliver personalised, targeted communications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or any related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, paired with a strong understanding of fashion retail and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g. Dash).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including regional head office, local market teams, and external agencies.
  • Skilled at engaging, motivating, and aligning external stakeholders around key brand messages.
  • A creative, passionate, and proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset.
