Regional AI & Digital Transformation Intern (6 - 12 Months)

Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Regional AI & Digital Transformation Intern to join our Regional Marketing team and support AI-enabled commercial excellence and digital transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific. The role will help develop scalable AI workflows and AI agents using approved internal AI platforms to improve commercial processes, customer insights, operational efficiency and decision-making, while ensuring compliance with company data governance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled solutions to enhance commercial excellence, including customer analytics, workflow automation and decision support.
• Design and implement an AI-driven customer churn workflow and other commercial AI use cases using approved internal AI platforms.
• Map, analyse and optimise end-to-end commercial processes, including quotation workflows, and recommend AI-enabled improvements.
• Design, pilot and support the rollout of scalable AI solutions across Asia Pacific markets.
• Develop user manuals, SOPs and training materials, and conduct user training to drive adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with internal data governance, security and responsible AI guidelines
