Regional AI & Digital Transformation Intern (6 - 12 Months)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Regional AI & Digital Transformation Intern to join our Regional Marketing team and support the acceleration of AI adoption and digital transformation across Asia Pacific. The role will develop scalable AI workflows and AI agents using approved internal AI platforms to improve marketing productivity, multilingual content management, customer engagement and digital experiences while ensuring compliance with company data governance, security and responsible AI standards.

Key Responsibilities

AI Translation & Localisation

• Develop and implement an AI-enabled translation workflow to support multilingual marketing across Asia Pacific.
• Standardise translation processes, governance and quality assurance for regional marketing content.
• Design scalable workflows to improve speed, consistency and efficiency of content localisation.

AI Marketing Technology

• Evaluate, assess and recommend AI marketing technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
• Develop an AI Marketing Technology Stack roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Research emerging AI solutions and benchmark industry best practices.

AI Customer Engagement

• Design and develop AI-powered marketing assistants, chatbots or AI applications to enhance customer engagement, product information access and marketing support.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into customer-facing digital channels and internal marketing processes.

AI Solution Deployment

• Design, pilot and support the implementation of AI solutions across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate user testing, rollout, hypercare and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with internal governance, security and responsible AI guidelines.

Documentation & Change Management

• Develop user manuals, SOPs, implementation guides and training materials.
• Conduct user training and support adoption across Regional Marketing teams.
• Document best practices and recommendations for future AI initiatives.
