Job Summary
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, seeks a Regional Aftersales Manager to drive profitable aftersales business performance and lead regional teams across diverse cultures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aftersales operations regionally to ensure profitable business growth and achievement of KPIs and targets
- Provide expert consultation and support to retailers, dealers, and importers to enhance aftersales service quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive outstanding aftersales performance and operational excellence
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across different cultures to foster teamwork and alignment
- Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating and guiding teams to achieve business objectives
- Travel regionally as required to support and oversee aftersales activities and stakeholder engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of automotive aftersales experience, preferably at manufacturer level experience at retailers also considered
- Minimum 5 years of regional experience managing aftersales operations
