This role is responsible for supporting the management and growth of the regional aftersales business, including Service, Marketing, and System management. The role works closely with distributors, dealers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, optimize costs, and enhance customer retention across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Performance Management
Monitor and analyze regional aftersales business performance, including revenue, profit, service retention, parts sales, and customer satisfaction.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Support annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
Drive initiatives to achieve regional aftersales sales and profitability targets.
2. Aftersales Marketing & Communications
. Develop and support regional aftersales marketing initiatives to increase customer retention, service utilization, and aftersales revenue.
. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities for service, parts, accessories, extended warranty, and value-added products.
. Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and marketing teams to localize and implement aftersales communication strategies across regional markets.
. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by promoting preventive maintenance programs, service packages, accessories, consumables, and warranty extensions.
. Monitor the effectiveness of aftersales campaigns through key performance indicators such as campaign participation, service retention, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
. Develop communication materials, customer-facing content to support aftersales promotions and product launches.
. Leverage customer insights, market trends, and service data to identify opportunities for targeted marketing activities and customer lifecycle management.
. Track and report campaign performance, recommending improvements to maximize customer engagement, service uptake, and profitability.
4. Supplier and Process Management
Manage database of suppliers regionally and perform periodic review on their performance and cost efficiency.
Support process standardization and implementation of best practices across markets.
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and productivity.
Ensure timely resolution of Internal Aftersales System operational issues and escalations.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present daily and monthly regional aftersales performance reports and business reviews.
Prepare annual aftersales budget plan by coordinating with regional country aftersales managers.
Develop recommendations and action plans to improve business performance.
Maintain accurate records and reporting databases.
7. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Finance, Suppliers, and Customer Service teams.
Support communication between headquarters, regional offices, distributors, and dealers.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment on regional aftersales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in Aftersales, Service Operations, Parts Operations, Automotive, or related industries. (Fresh Graduate Welcomed to apply the package will commensurate accordingly. )
Experience working with regional markets, distributors, and dealer networks.
Exposure to aftersales management, business analytics, and operational improvement projects is preferred.
