Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on driving B2B sales and enhancing aftersales revenue. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with effective distributor management to foster business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve aftersales revenue targets by driving parts, accessories, and service programs through distributor networks. Set, monitor, and accomplish wholesale sales KPIs in partnership with distributors. Identify growth avenues and develop strategies to elevate parts penetration and service uptake. Design and implement regional sales campaigns, promotions, and incentives. Cultivate strong, performance-oriented relationships with distributors and key dealer networks. Mentor distributor teams on advanced sales techniques, upselling approaches, and product knowledge. Assist distributors in creating localized aftersales business plans that meet regional objectives. Analyze market dynamics, competitor movements, and customer preferences to refine aftersales strategies. Detect gaps in product offerings and suggest new solutions for parts, accessories, or services. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance pricing, availability, and market strategies. Promote structured service programs and maintenance packages to enhance customer retention. Drive initiatives to boost end-customer loyalty and lifetime value via the distributor network. Coordinate with distributors to maintain optimal parts inventory and availability. Utilize data-driven forecasts to improve demand planning and minimize inventory obsolescence. Report on key aftersales KPIs, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and strategize improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in automotive B2B sales or distributor management. Proven record of success in sales, account management, or business development. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence performance across stakeholders. Experience in multiple markets or regions is highly advantageous. Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets.
