An established global automotive company is seeking a Regional Aftersales Analyst to support its regional aftersales operations across Asia Pacific. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in commercial analytics, reporting, and business performance management within a leading automotive environment.
Your new role
- Prepare and maintain regular sales, aftersales, and operational performance reports for regional stakeholders.
- Analyse sales trends, business performance, and aftersales KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
- Develop and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Consolidate data from multiple markets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Generate insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with regional teams and local distributors to collect and validate data.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, sales operations, supply chain, or commercial analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools would be an advantage.
