Job Description

As a Regional Affiliate Marketing Strategy Associate at Shopee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the Shopee Affiliate Program across markets by driving strategy, performance, and commercial impact. You will partner closely with country and regional marketing teams to evaluate affiliate strategies and budgets, analyse performance trends, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Acting as the regional subject-matter expert, you will oversee campaign performance against commercial targets, develop best-in-class tracking and measurement frameworks, and lead market reviews and competitive analyses.

Job Description:

  • Contribute and evaluate the country's affiliate marketing strategy and budget plan, ensuring alignment with overall country marketing goals and regional business direction
  • Analyse affiliate performance, generate reports, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Present analytical findings and improvement strategies to internal stakeholders at different levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and country marketing teams to develop, refine, and monitor commercial strategies using data-driven approaches independently
  • Oversee campaign performance against commercial targets, tracking the implementation and impact of strategic initiatives
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management
  • Stay updated on cultural and social trends, customer behaviours, and industry best practices
  • Lead new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Serve as the go-to expert for the Shopee Affiliate Program, supporting the team across various affiliate marketing channels, establishing best practices, build tracking & measurement frameworks and models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other quantitative discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach
  • Passion for marketing, interested in the influencer marketing status and strategy; 2 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Business Analytics or a similar position is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and cross-country internal teams and external partners
  • Able to work with stakeholders across different levels
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines
