about the job
As an account manager for the region, you will drive strategic growth for key accounts across Asia, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee creative scent projects from concept to execution.

• Drive key account strategies across the region to achieve regional portfolio sales targets.
• Lead, coordinate, and track creative projects and sales activities between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate market research and scent trends into compelling, customized client proposals that generate long-term sales.
• Execute business plans and deepen client partnerships across the region.
• Deliver monthly regional sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts to management.

about the manager/team
You will collaborate directly and work alongside a cross-functional team of perfumers, evaluators, and market research specialists. The team culture values strategic initiative, analytical rigor, and insight-driven storytelling.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the fragrance industry.
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, chemistry, or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, deep curiosity about consumer behavior, and proven stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Willingness to undertake regional travel across Asia when its required.
