Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Account Director to lead strategic client relationships across a portfolio of integrated marketing accounts. This role requires a senior leader who can seamlessly connect brand-building (ATL) communications with shopper, retail, and experiential (BTL) activation programmes to drive measurable business growth.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, overseeing the development and delivery of integrated campaigns that influence consumers across the entire path to purchase—from awareness and consideration through to conversion and loyalty.

Working closely with strategy, creative, production, media, commerce, data, and experiential teams, the Regional Account Director will be responsible for ensuring excellence in client service, operational delivery, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth

Serve as the senior strategic lead for key regional and multinational clients. Build trusted executive-level relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, brand, commerce, sales, retail, and procurement functions

  • Identify opportunities to expand account scope through integrated marketing solutions
  • Lead annual business planning, account growth strategies, and revenue forecasting
  • Champion client satisfaction and long-term partnership development. Integrated Marketing Leaders
